Sambil gerimis terus lanjut hujan: 1,5 km jalan+ 2,6 km lari dengan pace yang amburadul karena udah 1 tahunan gak lari karena hamil dan melahirkan

akhir-akhir ini lagi ketagihan muay thai nih. lumayan bikin berotot dan berasa lebih bertenaga aja sih. heehhe biasanya 1 sesi 1,5 jam gitu

Boleh posting foto ga dimari.. cuma screenshoot sih.. klo lagi males mikir mau apa suka pake NTC, tinggal milih.. hari ini yoga-an.. fokus di lengan ma bahu banyakan.. yoga yg terakhir ga abis.. cape ga kuat..
Abis itu lanjut core dikit ma skipping 15mnt.. hahaha.. semangaatt!!!

Mak2, ada yg exercise nya pake matras ga? Kan keringet suka ngocor n netes yaa.. itu cm gua bersihin pake tisue basah aja, abis pake tapi kok rasanya kurang nampol ya.. pengen rutin mingguan dibersihin juga.. tapi bingunng ih gimana baiknya..
kl ada yang pernah bersihin.. gua mau donk diinfoin caranyaa.. TIA

Belakangan ini mulai exercise sederhana semacam push up sit up dkk. Untungnya sekarang udah ada banyak aplikasi yang mempermudah nge-track exercise yang udah dilakukan. Semenjak pake aplikasi gituan jadi rutin ampir tiap hari lakuin exercise sederhana
